Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

 

Ola is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen with the postal service.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Once we have examined all returned items, a store credit will be issued. You have (1) one month to use the STORE CREDIT. Items purchased with store credit cannot be exchanged and will be considered final sale.

COVER UPS, CROCHETE, ACTIVEWEAR, RIBBED BODYSUITS AND JUMPSUITS, SEQUIN CLOTHING, LEATHER, WHITE CLOTHING AND ACCESORIES ARE FINAL SALE.

HOLIDAY COLLECTIONS ARE FINAL SALE (read description of every product).

All sale items are FINAL SALE.
